"Beautiful store! Much bigger than it looks from the outside. The salesperson introduced himself right away and guided us to the fireplace displays. Explained the pros and cons of what we were looking for and answered all our questions. Great experience!"

"Shopping local is extremely important to me. However, after being in the store a few months ago and not making a purchase at that time when returning to the store today, my husband and I were told by Tim that we should take our business elsewhere. I have never been traded so poorly and been so disrespected by a business owner. I wouldn’t never suggest anyone purchase from them. I would like to say that Ryan was wonderful to work with, I felt bad for him as he looked so embarrassed by how Tim was treating us."

"Buying local was very important to me. And the friendly service i recieved fro Ryan was great. He assured me if anything should go wrong with the lights i purchased, i should call and he would take care of me. Well i love the fixtures. But one was missing 3 decroative screws and the covers. I called down and talked to Tim. He was very rude. He told me i was not welcome in his store. Because i didnt want to wait for the parts to be reordered. But i would take the 3 screws from the floor model. Ive never been treated with such wrath on the phone or in person. In the future ill shop at Lowes. Tim is NOT someone you want to deal with."

"This place is awesome! I've been a regular customer for many years. These guys know what they're talking about and it's obvious. Not only do they have a unique collection of products, but they stand behind what they sell... which is more than I can say for those big box stores. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy! I've reccomended this place many times and have never heard anything negative.
