"Came in for a haircut today, I specifically booked it with Jackleen cause I saw the amazing reviews she had and oh boy was it right on point and even better. She was so sweet, fun and we talked about what I wanted for my haircut. She exceeded my expectations of what I thought my hair was going to look like. "The worst Ulta location. Most of the workers are chitchatting with each other. There is a short girl with short hair and was told she is the manager. She was in the corner by MAC talking and talking to other 2 workers. The store was super busy and there was only one girl on the register while the short girl and 2 tall girls were talking away. Anytime I come I always see the same girls chatting. Will not be coming again. The management is horrible. If the managers are always talking I wonder what the other workers do."
