"I would prefer giving this firm a zero star rating. Most recently, I have tried repeatedly to get a response from this firm. I have called on 9-25-2023, 9-29-2023, 10-9-2023, 10-12-2023, and 10-16-2023, and have only been given the ability to leave a message,,, which I did each and every time. There has not been a person that answers the phone; I have left voicemails on each attorneys voicemail, in that office, requesting a call back so that I know that they have my correct contact information. This is in regards to a decades old case, of my deceased mother. My only sister is now deceased, as well; so therefore, I am just needing updated information regarding the case, as well as, confirmation that they have my contact information."
