"FIND ANOTHER LAWYER BEFORE ITS TO LATE!!!! GILLIAN RICHARDS IS INCAPABLE!!!!! If i were able to rate Gillians performance as a zero I most definitely would. After having been told in our initial consultation how much she would charge us, we have gone above and beyond that. We are over 9000 dollars into this attorney and have gotten absolutely no results. If you are looking for an attorney with a voice who will speak up for you and fight for you, Gillians lacsidasic response and inability to muster more than a whisper will have you wondering whether she has the ability to even look you directly in the eyes. We have been reset multiple times at court. It has been a year since we hired her and as i said, nothing has been accomplished. On Feb 23 we had a reset. So a few days before out March 23 court date Gillian asks my gf to come go over the case. We have gone over the case multiple times now mind you and nothing has changed or been accomplished. The only thing that she has to tell us is that between her, an ad lidum attorney for the defendant and a private investegator, in a year are unable to track him down to serve him and move forward. Again i will reiterate. In a year Gillian has been unable or unmotivated to track down and serve this person despite the thousands of dollars that have been spent with her and despite my being able to track him down on letgo or ehatever other second hand garage sale ap he is selling stolen goods on. She then had the nerve to try to charge us 800 dollars for a check she couldn't find the receipt that she wrote. And then gave us another bill for 500 dollars for 2 hours at court on the 23 of February. Except she didnt show up to court that day. Not for us anyways so she readjusted that charge because she talked to the rescheduling officer at the court. I think she charged us 100 for what must have been a 5 minute conversation. But remember the ad lidum had already taken care of that so.... 100 percent the lawyer that we had to hire to represent the defendant, has worked harder for us than our actual attorney. Gillian Richards is every bad joke you have ever heard about a lawyer that makes you cringe. These are the kinds of examples of how Gillian will rip you off, mislead you and then once she hits you up for more and more money refuses to work. Unfortunately reviews like this are the only course of action we have against blood sucking lawyers like this but do yourself a favor and find any other attorney to support you in your times of need. This lawyer is a sham and i am noone but a guy she ripped off trying to help someone to not make the same mistake."
