One callout, beyond Dr. Brown's control: hospitals will bring in an anesthesiologist to support a procedure that requires it. I believe the facility arranges this separately and that doctor/service may have a different insurance setup. I believe Ascension Seton should be responsible for this communication...but the end result, for me, was a nasty surprise in billing..."
