You never feel like you’re being rushed out. The staff at Texas Oncology (Balcones) are also great — from the nurses in the chemo wing to the phlebotomists to the sweet receptionist, Jean. They put effort into remembering your name and building a connection. The only thing that could make this office better is the way phone calls are handled (you have to call the general line, leave a message, and wait for a call back — there’s no way to get in touch with scheduling directly) but the level of care here is worth it."
