They don’t check up on any updates regarding your case and will tell you a bunch of lies when you call to ask question. They told me immigration didn’t obtain my paper work for my work permit, and that resulted in me getting fired. Not even a month went by and suddenly they obtain my Daca card after I had personally spoken to immigration myself ….. I could of kept my job if they would of looked into my stuff a bit closer ….. which they didn’t."
