I saw that a lot of people have this issue with him, so what I did was file a complaint with the CDC state bar. If you’ve lost money with him, you should probably report him too"

"Seriously just run. Absolutely worst representation. Only ever received a phone call from him when he needed more money from me. I’ve called several times to schedule an appointment to get an update on my case with him only for him to cancel it the hour before. This has happened over 10 times for me can’t even make this up. It’s seriously a common practice for him. His paralegal never knows what is going on and he won’t respond to you in any way ever. Just run there’s so many amazing attorneys out there that will actually help you. I’ve hired over 3 since hiring these people and the service isn’t even comparable. Seriously run, don’t hire him, don’t waste your money or your time don’t expect to get anything from him."

"I hired and paid attorney Nickolas A Spencer. He took my savings, retirement money. And defaulted on the agreed contract. He made himself unavailable for the most part and did not follow through on our mutual agreements. I requested for him to return back to me all unearned money which would be close to 100% of a return. He has not shown proof, of working on either of my cases. He has yet to return my money. He finally called and admitted nothing had been done on my case and agreed to return my money. Of course, I have heard nothing more from him. This has been going on for seven months.
