"This company requested records and then continued to call my business after we submitted records multiple times to them. They did so for months claiming they never received them, even when records were sent on multiple dates to them (I had to keep track since they seem to be unable to track their own requests)--they would claim they did not receive them, but also couldn't confirm checking these records. I would send a new set every time they called. But still---they "never got it" They provide a fax number to send to that works 1 in 20 times. They also don't answer the phone when I called to check if records are received. I've spent so much time on one case request from this incompetent business."
