"I Walked in and asked a question, the woman working today on Sunday had the worst attitude. I felt as if I was bothering her. I better go to the store. I usually go in Shorewood. They have better way better customer service. And that’s what I told her she replied to me thank you have a good day. I know what was behind that remark."

"I initially went to the Joliet loction but they were out of the color I needed. This location had my color. As soon as I walked in the door a young gal there helped me right away. She had no problem allowing me to use my dital coupon at the end of the transaction ...which meant she needed to re-ring my order. She was very helpful and pleasent. Excellent service!"

"This store doesn't even know their own policies. Their website states that their stores except manufacturers coupons that can be used in conjunction with Sally promotions & some store coupons. Went in and the cashier tried to reject my coupon usage saying "I've been working here for 2 years and I've never had anyone use a coupon". So because she hadn't processed a transaction with a coupon, that means I was wrong? Train your store attendants on policy relating to coupons & promotions."
