"For Manicures and Pedicures, this place is definitely on the more expensive side but the services have greatly improved! For eyebrows, go with Arely! I don't remember if I left a review after my first experience with Solaia, but the staff has definitely improved since then! I got a gift card last Christmas to Solaia and have been slowly making my way through it with mani/pedis and eyebrow appointments. My first mani pedi in February was a nightmare... the woman made my toe cuticles bleed and did a POOR job on my finger nails. The price of the service for what I got was so far from worth it. I was bummed to say the least. HOWEVER! When I just went back (November), Briana took CARE of me. Not only was she kind and positive, but she really did a great job on my mani pedi. She did a color test on my nail before polishing everything to make sure I liked it. She let me know all the products she was using on my skin and cuticles rather than just silently working away. She was attentive and respectful, and certainly made the price tag more worth it. I am scheduled for an eyebrow appointment with Arely in a few days and I am SO excited. She is incredibly diligent, asking what you want your brows to look like and checking in along the way with a mirror to make sure you're happy. Last time, I was very pleased so I can't wait to get them done again. The major reason other than cost that I give this place 4 stars, not 5, is the front desk staff's attention to customers. Every time I have been to Solaia so far, I have waited at least 3-5 minutes to be helped checking in. Same goes for checking out - if the desk manager isn't out of her office already to spot you right away, you could be waiting a while to pay and leave. Only other note I will make is about Sandy, one of the technicians at Solaia. She seems super nice and knowledgable, but she tries to push sales on you BIG TIME. I know that's her job and the spa can't run without customers. I just think that when you're already paying a LOT to have whatever service you are there for (and hopefully relaxes/de-stresses you), the last thing you need is another employee trying to shove a $100 appointment down your throat while you check out. The initiative is good but it comes across a little suffocating and forceful... there's a difference between letting someone know their options and making them feel like they have to book right now. Just a thought."

"The massage was wonderful however the "welcome" leaves a lot to be desired. We walked in to not one person at the front desk or in the front at all. There was another person waiting and he said "I guess they're all in the back". After 15 mins he open the door to the back and yelled hello. Someone FINALLY came up to check all the waiting people in. In all, we were in the front with no hello or anything for at least 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Such a shame. The massage was wonderful but we probably won't be back because of the wait and lack of greeting."

"I’m shocked that anyone would say anything bad about this place because my experience was the absolute best. It meant so much they squeezed me in for Sunday when I scheduled for Friday because I had my daughter visiting and it’s my only day off. I loved the decor and set up of the space. Loved the relaxing waiting area in the spa room. And the waiting area in the front had great books to flip through. We had a facial and massage that day with a Groupon, which was a steal! Sandy did my facial and I just love her. Such a warm, bright and welcoming personality. She did a great job with the facial. I then had Kim with my massage and she was such a sweet Angel. I could tell she was an empath. Both of these women are amazing! My daughter loved the experience as well. Thank you!"

"This was my 1st visit to Solaia. I purchased the service via Groupon. My massage therapist was Lashonda. She was AWESOME! Very pleasant personality. She was attentive during the treatment, yet not overly talkative where I couldn't relax. I will definitely be returning in hopes of requesting LaShonda again."
