"Great experience! We made an appointment elsewhere and they canceled last minute on us so we called Nails Lux last minute for two full acrylic sets and pedicures and they took us immediately, they even stayed late to finish without rushing us. Got our legs massaged, hot towel, heels scrubbed, pedicure and acrylic set for a great price. They were super nice the whole time, walked us through everything and of course the final results were perfect! Nails came out smooth, not too thick and design was spot on. Definitely going back!!"

"Horrible customer service! They prejudge you when they first walk in. They provided no welcoming when we first walked through the door. My daughter had Kevin. He did a good job on her nails, but while waiting for her nails to dry he started clipping and filing his own nails. Very unsanitary. I had Hera on my nails. She was worse. She quickly did my nails without cleaning the filings at the ends of my nails. When she supposedly finished, she abruptly got up and went to another customer without saying a word. I did mess up my nails when putting on my coat, but she was kind enough to redo it using clear polish. While I was sitting there, I noticed they only welcomed certain people that walked through the door. Therefore we felt judged. I am a writer from NYC and my daughter works in the medical field. They need to learn proper ethics and customer service. Do not judge a book by its cover. They lost our service since we are shopping around for a local nail technician. We will never return to Nail Lux in Naperville, but hopefully this is a lesson they will learn. Someone needs to report them to BBB and it might be me."

"My mom and I got our nails done here as our nails salon we usually go to was closed for the holiday. This place was amazing! Everyone is so kind and inside is very clean. Lily did my nails fast but efficient and beautifully! My mom got purple chrome nails and they turned out great as well."
