"Horrible!! My daughter has been going to Dr. Salem’s before she moved to this new location. I’ve never had a problem with Dr.Salem until now. My daughter was diagnosed with ADD at a younger age by another doctor. We want to get my daughter on medication but i have to speak with Dr. Salem first. The medical record was sent to Dr. Salem’s office twice and on the second time I made sure that it was received, which the receptionist confirmed. According to the receptionist Dr.Salem would review the record and they would call me back. It has been 1 month and I’ve been calling(which they take 10minutes or more to answer calls) and according to Salem’s nurses the medical record was never received. And they keep stating that they’ll call me back, and they don’t. Now, this is not Dr. Salem’s fault, and more of a problem with the office staff. My problem with Dr. Salem is that 1 month ago my daughter went to get an allergy test at another office and the doctor realized that her thyroid levels were high in 2019. I was asked by the doctor if My daughters doctor (Dr. Salem) ever talked to us about this. I informed him that she did not. Since he had other concerns with my daughter, he sent my daughter to get blood work. I wanted to give the benefit of doubt to Dr. Salem about the blood work, but after the office staff not being professional , I will have to change my daughters doctor. After so many years and us driving 30 minutes to her new office, we decided that it’s time to move on."

"First time here and I absolutely loved her. She’s real good with my kid and truly concerned. I’m not getting another doctor for my son until he doesn’t need pediatrics anymore! Will recommend to anyone!"

"I would not recommend Dr. Salem. At first, she seemed great and I loved how sweet she was, but after a year of my daughter visiting her we had to switch doctors. My baby (1 year old) was sick for four months and Dr. Salem kept telling me it was just her allergies and then my daughter ended up getting tubes in her ears to help with her symptoms but that didn’t work. So Dr. Salem then started telling me it was a virus and a cold, and mind you, I was bringing my daughter to the doctor about every two weeks, for four months. My daughters symptoms continued and got worse, and I had to rush her to the ER. I found out there that she had pneumonia, a virus, and a bacterial infection in her urinary tract. I was very disappointed to hear that, considering my baby had been seen by Dr. Salem so many times. Dr. Salem never ordered any tests or took any blood or urine to tests. She never ordered x rays or anything."

"Dr. Salem is the absolute best pediatrician. We are so sad to be leaving her now that my kids are older teenagers. We will all miss her and wish all doctors cared about their patients as much as she does."

"Wonderful doctor. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and great with our baby. We wanted to find a doctor for our first born and scoured the area for a good one. Dr. Salem cared about both us as parents and our son's wellbeing. Took her time to explain everything, answered all our many questions and address our concerns with patience and care. She did not push medical stuff on us. We definitely recommend her!"
