"From the first time I entered the Sugarland office, I have been blessed, grateful and impressed with the positivity of the staff and nurses, who all genuinely seem to care and take the time to greet and treat each patient as an individual. I have never felt as if I was simply a time slot/appointment. From the smiles and good cheer of Lachella and Mayra at the front desk to the lab and the infusion nurses handling the chemo treatments, all have made my experience much more pleasant than I had thought when first diagnosed. I was referred to Dr. Raizen by another physician, who had his mother treated by Dr. Raizen. And I feel so lucky to have him as the team leader. Not only has his recommended course of treatment been effective, but I have always felt part of the decision making-which I have not always felt with others. I have also been happy with the other Doctors that he has referred me to. All in all I could not be more pleased {except for that whole cancer thing}, and I recommend Dr. Raizen and the Sugarland office with no reservations."

"I haven’t even had an appointment here and I will be changing offices or maybe doctors altogether. The front office staff is super unprofessional, doesn’t listen, and doesn’t communicate effectively with each other. Lashella argued with me on the phone about whether I canceled my appointment with another staff member. I had to repeat myself 4 times that I would call them back when I wanted to reschedule but by the end of the call I told her I probably won’t because they are so disorganized. She put a bad taste in my mouth. Doctors will lose patients just based on front office staff."
