"I was diagnosed with Placenta Percreta during my third pregnancy and subsequently placed under the care of Dr. Alpa Nick. Dr. Nick served as the lead surgeon during my birth and hysterectomy. From our initial meeting, she was equally confident and compassionate in her delivery of my plan of care. She took 2 hours at the end of her work day to sit with my husband and I, talk us through the diagnosis and risks involved, and reassure us that she would do everything necessary to ensure a positive outcome to the best of her ability.
