"This is the second time I got a membership - I should have remembered why I canceled in the first place. This is also the 2nd time that my appointment was canceled. Yesterday I showed up at the right time and my therapist didn't. The receptionists didn't even tell me. I sat there for 10 minutes and then asked. They just said she didn't show up, so I would have to cancel and that a manager would call. No one called. I would not recommend this experience at all."

She addressed all my medical concerns, and was simply fantastic! I ended up getting gift cards for my family, and I would love to book a couples massage! Thank you!"

"I've had my membership for several months. I called 3 months ago to cancel my membership. I then had to speak to someone named Yvonne and she said I could pause my membership for 3 months instead if I wanted to think about it. I asked if she could call me before the 3 months so I could cancel if I chose to. She said "I don't usually do this but I can call you then." Today she calls me to let me know my membership is set to renew at the end of the month. I tell her I just want to cancel. She says "Ok, the payment will go through for the this month and you can use the credit." I once again I want to cancel..period. I don't want to renew like I said the first time 3 months ago. She goes on to tell me in a rude way that pretty much this has to go through. I am livid because I do not want this membership and she is so money hungry that she is still going to charge me. No customer service skills. Disrespectful. Money driven. Ridiculous. Do not let Yvonne talk you into 3 months on pause. It's a set up."

"If you find the right therapist, this place is great! I’ve had a membership for 5-6 months now and have almost cancelled a few times, mostly do to therapists not focusing on what I asked for. They also seem to squeeze in add-ons Into your hour or hour and a half massage. Instead of giving you your hour massage (or 50 min due to changing, etc) then adding on the additional time for additional services, you’re done at the time your massage would’ve ended so that seems unfair for the money you’re paying."

"Have been twice now to this location. I went recently as a Mother’s Day gift from my husband. Unfortunately, even though I arrived 10min before my appointment time, I wasn’t called back until 15 passed the start time and the massage session ended exactly at the end time of my appointment, cutting it 15min short. I’m not one to complain but that seemed odd to cut my session short by 1/4th, then paying $129 plus tip for that, especially when I arrived with ample time to check in."
