Not only did she answer them and make recommendations, but she Also went so far as to look up reviews for brands/colors she didn't know about. Super appreciate it!"

"I went there to get a toner for my hair to make it less copper. Using a different brand I haven’t used before because I told it would be better on my hair, which it was, I thought I would ask the consultant about the color cuz again. IVE MEVER USED THIS BRAND. Assuming she knew color theory I went with her opinion. MY HAIR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BLONDE AND IS NOW GREY! Gonna have to go back and spend another $40 to fix my hair and probably fry it."

"Joanna at the Sally’s in Geneva Square in Lake Geneva was incredibly helpful! It was the first time my hair was going to be colored with other than a box mix. I have hair to my waist and she was extremely patient and very helpful. When my daughter was going to apply the color I had so many questions and concerns that I was able to call her four times and she still remained so patient and encouraging. She picked the perfect color and her instructions were so precise that my beautiful long hair is now a beautiful red that I have been trying to achieve for the past few months.
