"Love Dr Harroff, excellent, wonderful doctor, she listens and open to suggestions/questions. Chemo nurses, lab techs and vital sign people excellent... Had an appointment yesterday, the receptionist I dealt with was awful. I tried to pay my copay...she told me I owed 400 dollars plus copay...I explained in the last 2 weeks I've received 2 different statements saying I owed different amounts..and now she's telling me a whole different amount then the statements. I explained I've been trying to talk to someone about these mistakes: I tried calling office multiple times 20 callers ahead of me, 17 callers ahead of me....I emailed message on my pt portal... nothing. The receptionist told me I "can't go back to get my chemo unless I pay".....wow ..every bill received I paid. ...I paid my copay every time.... Tried to explain this is a mistake...Receptionist told me she "doesn't make the rules"....so I then proceeded to get upset....she had the fiance person call me....and she tells me there's no record of me paying.....well I have my cancelled checks and bank statements telling me different..... terrible way to treat people"
