"Dr. Mittal is awesome! After a horrible experience at another hospital where my mother was initially diagnosed we went from feeling totally hopeless to actually finding life return to as close to normal as I think could be possible. My family, and most importantly my mother, are grateful to Dr. Mittal for everything. Also I should not forget to mention how everyone on the staff are incredible and how she is always telling me how kind and welcoming they are to her. She's always in a better mood after being able to talk to everyone there.This goes for the radiology team as well! Everyone in that little oncology clinic. I don't know if anyone working there will ever read this, but if you are, thank you for your hard work and thank you for helping my mother."

"Dr. Mittal is one of the best doctors I have dealt with in my life. Upon being diagnosed, I visited two other oncologist in San Antonio before meeting him and was very unhappy with the doctors and staff at those other locations . I made the decision to switch doctors in the middle of treatment. SO HAPPY I DID! Dr. Mittal is very patient, never rushed and gives you very clear options for treatment. He truly makes you feel like you are part of the healthcare decisions. Even if you are there for chemo treatment and see him around the facility, he always greets you by name and always has time to answer a question even if you do not have an appointment with him. He has made my journey through these difficult times much easier and positive. He also has some of the nicest most professional staff / team that I have ever dealt with. They are professional, respectful and most of all very caring! From reception desk, chemotherapy nurses, to admin, they are all fantastic and can't thank them enough. The facilities are also spotless clean! This is something else that the other facilities that I visited were lacking. Highly recommend Dr. Mittal and his Oncology Clinic in Live Oak."

"My time is just important to me as your time is to you. If I make an appointment I expect to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Office staff should be honest with patients about how far behind you are and offer to reschedule those that do not wish to wait! A little bit behind is 20 maybe even 30 minutes behind. An hour and a half is very unreasonable. Especially when staff says "we are running just a bit behind today"."

"My experience with Dr. Mittal has been awesome. He’s transparent and very thorough. Prime example, he ordered genetic tests for me that evidently had already been done years ago at another doctors request. When he found this out his office hunted the results down. He even personally called me and explained what the results meant in my situation. Not even my original doctor had taken the time to do that. Just one of many reasons I trust this doctor."

"Dr. Navneet Mittal is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I went there for the 1st time my 1st visit and it was by far the worst visit EVER!! Staff was nice and friendly but he was by far the worst. When you go to see a provider you expect concern, patients, answers, diagnosis, understanding, and more than anything for them to be concerned about you. He entered the room and was texting on his phone the whole time. He basically gave me no diagnosis and told me there was nothing he could do. I was referred there for what I was told by my doctor and his staff for a diagnosis and instead got a rude doctor to show no concern and talked over me ever time I tried to speak. He said my options were to take pills which don’t work or I can try to see if I can get transfusions but they won’t help much and I will just end up with a bill and deductible but my least concern was bills it was my health. Than he walked out mumbling something never even said you free to go or anything. After waiting a few minutes I had to go out the room and ask the staff if I was done or was I waiting for something because he said nothing!!! I have never left a doctors office in tears until today, all I wanted was answers and instead got a horrible experience."
