"Dr. Palafox is nice and professional, she explains everything to detail and knows her stuff but the office staff/receptionist is incompetent. My first appointment, I had to call and confirm it was at the time they told me because it was already 10 min late. The same receptionist who scheduled me told me they didn't have me scheduled for that time but 30 min later. When I asked her about it, the receptionist said "you didn't speak to me". Here I am today, for an appointment at 130, I came in she was on work phone and cell phone. When she finally checked me in she said "well it's actually for 145" to which i asked if they notify people of the time change, her response? "You didn't speak with me". Honestly, I don't care who I spoke with, point is you should notify your patients if you change the appointment time. My time is just as valuable as the doctors, and as I mentioned when she scheduled my appointment yesterday, I work and need to pick up my kids at a certain time so I was ok with 130 since it's just a follow up appointment. Also, having to take time off work and adjust my schedule accordingly when no one notifies me of a change to my appointment time is not just inconsiderate, it's also unprofessional."

"I absolutely agree with the previous review that says this doctor should not be allowed to sew on a pair of pants, much less a human body. The experience my family had was absolutely terrible. She was 6 hours late to the actual surgery, she did not show up to the follow up appointment after the surgery. She STILL has made no actual effort to offer a solution for the butcher job she did. She is extremely unprofessional. I am surprised she is still allowed to practice. My husband is in constant pain from her work. After follow up with another doctor, we were advised to not go back to her because she has a reputation of this type of work. Wish we’d known sooner. Do not use her."
