"It has taken me months to get ahold of someone to book an appointment. I finally got a hold of someone and begged her not to hang up on me. She made my appointment. Come appointment day, I am driving around for 30 plus minutes trying to access the building but roads were closed. Took me 3 attempts to get through on the phone to someone. The person I spoke with wasn’t on-site. They looked up the office and said there was a note of closure and the office will be rescheduling everyone. No one called me. I took off work and missed meetings for this appointment. It took me 2 months to even get the appointment. I’m shocked at the lack of care for patients time. I will be letting my OB know my experience and ask her to stop referring patients to the doctors here. I understand things happen but a simple call to notify me in advance is not too much to ask."

"Had a preoperative test. I love my Dr. Kenzyski. But her staff has needs improvement. No order forms sent to Methodist hospital,tried to reach office by phone put on hold four times hung up on 4 times after being on hold total off 50 minutes. Had to drive to ne oncology office to get a copy of order's. Made to wait 25 minutes for someone to print the order's. Most frustrating day of my life. They need an improvement on phone system. my life. laordeMost frustrating day"

"At what point should a doctors office reimburse you. They take your money and make you wait an hr after your appointment time. Why can't they maintain a proper window?"

"Despite the pain of my loss I want to thank some of the office's staff, dear Mark and the ladies on the front desk for all the support and care towards my mom during her time there. Our family has received condolences from almost every doctor that took care of her but sadly not from this place. The final treatment my mom received was careless. We were treated as just $1 more. It was empty. My intentions with this review are to express a desire for any cancer patient and their families to feel loved and cared of when fighting their hardest battle. May God dwell in the hearts of medicine doctors and every family facing this journey."

"My husband has been receiving treatment at Texas Oncology for Multiple Myeloma for about 10 years now. His Doctor and all of the staff are excellent and have given him wonderful care over the years.
