"STAY AWAY from this office! Over a month, i was waiting for a call back to get an appointment schedule. I call today and the operator lady tells me i'm not in the system. I was like how is that possible? My Dr faxed over al referral and necessary notes. Then the operator lady accused me of yelling of which I was not yelling! I picked this Dr because of previously using them in Dallas/Irving area when I lived there. This isn't a good way to handle a new patient coming in as it gives off bad vibes and makes you wonder how you'll be treated once in to see the Dr"

"Dr. Santiago has been my Hematologist/Oncologist for about 18 years. He started as my Hematologist and then later when I was diagnosed with cancer, he became my Oncologist. Dr. Santiago takes his time to answer any and all questions his patients have. My father went to some of my appointments when I had cancer and was with me through my Chemo and Dr. Santiago also would answer my father's questions and ease any concerns my father had for me. He takes his time with each patient. He shows great care and concern for his patients. He listens and is very attentive. Out of all of the doctors I have seen throughout my adult life, he is the best Dr. I have had. I would recommend him to any of my friends needing a Hematologist or Oncologist. I trust him and value his recommendations. He is busy at times and there may be a wait to see him; however, he is worth the wait. Dr. Manuel Santiago is an amazing doctor."
