"Have been using for almost 5 years without any billing issues. Did, however, receive multiple calls from office trying to verify which cheek our son needed to have an Xray performed. Its obvious when looking at him in person.When we went to the appointment, the doctor asked if it had been done. I thought they were going to send us the day of the appointment to the hospital at other end. She said it was supposed to have been done by the time of the appointment to be discussed at appointment. I advised that we'd received the calls only to see which cheek needed to be done, but no one ever sent us to have it done. They were not happy and then we weren't happy when we were sent outside of the hospital to another company that they said was open on Saturday for it to be done. I called the facility on Friday to check their hours. The female told us the best time to come. So we arrived at second facility and nearly didn't get to come in because Saturday is by apt, not walk in. Granted that's two different places, but second issue could have been avoided. After telling imaging office the difficulty, they luckily had an cancellation while we filled out paperwork. The lack of communication caused a spiral of events."

"Received a $219 bill (After insurance) for my wife's simple visit to this general physician. No labwork or any testing done. What a ripoff. Not recommended!"
