"Insurance Fraud alert!!! We had a physical exam scheduled for my son but they do not code it correctly and made him pay $150 when our insurance covers that. They did the same thing to me and I had to talk to the doctor for him to make his staff do the correct thing. The office staff is clueless and maybe the rudest staff I've ever met. Dr Bhangoo is a good doctor but the staff is holding him back."
"Dr Bhangoo is totally awesome! I have a special needs daughter who this doctor is SO good with. She and I started with Dr Bhangoo Jan 2023 and haven't been one bit disappointed. Christine, who is in the room with the Dr. is always on top of needed prescriptions when the doctor orders them. You can leave his office and it's already at the pharmacy. ALL of the office staff are friendly and accommodating every time I call. We had his NP, Ginger, when I needed same-day care for my daughter, and she was great as well. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for our appointment. They are SO on top of scheduling, yet Dr Bhangoo spends ALL the time you need. He's so thorough and wants to make sure you are totally good when you leave!! My husband has finally agreed to switch drs and start with Dr. Bhangoo for the new year. Highly recommend this practice."
