"I went to Texas Health Huguley Hospital for a thyroid biopsy. I was a little nervous before the procedure, but the experience could not have been better! I did not have to wait long (3-5 minutes) before I was back for the procedure, which was also great. During the procedure Dr. Smith put me at ease as he explained everything, made sure I had no further questions and talked to me which helped keep my mind off of the actual procedure . In fact, we were all laughing at a couple of jokes during the procedure! His bedside manner was positive and reassuring. I expected to be at the hospital for at least a couple of hours, but was out within 30 minutes!"
