"My kitty had ingested some kind of foreign object and once I figured out it wasn’t an upset stomach I took her in to AM/PM. Dr. Pocernich gave her a thorough examination and was great at explaining that sometimes these things are difficult to see in an Xray and that there was a possibility that they could get in there surgically and not find anything! I could tell by her demeanor and concern that I should go forward with the surgery. You can imagine the doctors surprise when she got in there and saw a little smiling face looking back at her from inside kitty’s bowels! Docs intuition was spot on, kitty had swallowed the tiny head off of a figurine. Thanks to Dr. Pocernichs expert care, my precious kitty it healing smoothly and is back to her frisky self! "Had such a wonderful experience! Called this morning looking for someone to look at my sick cat and they were able to accommodate me same day. I was extremely anxious going in because not only does my cat never get sick but as an older shelter cat she is very skittish and fearful, so I was anticipating the worst from the physical exam. On top of that I was running late because she had caught on to what was about to happen and flew the coop as I was getting her into her carrier and hid under the bed for a good ten minutes. Suffice to say we arrived pretty frazzled. Staff was so warm and friendly and understanding. The nurse and Dr. Leanne Parker were sweet and gentle with my sick kitty and so very patient. Dr. Parker did a thorough exam and explained everything as she went, discussed a treatment plan, and gave us some meds — we were home before we knew it! Grateful for the expertise, professionalism, and most importantly the kindness that we were shown today. Thanks so much, team!"

"Our 15-year old Polly cat went here as needed her entire life and always received great care. We unfortunately had to put her to sleep recently and it was difficult, of course. But the support team made everything as comfortable and loving as possible. We had ample time for goodbyes, never felt rushed, and we were supported in our decision with approval from the vet who agreed with our timing. Should another pet come into our life, we'll bring them to AM/PM as well."
