"Would not recommend. Follow through and communication is not good. Had a consultation with Dr. Lovelace. During my appointment she took a call on her cell phone. Very strange and trusting my gut on this. My medical procedure was supposed to be sent to my insurance for approval. It’s been several weeks and there has been zero communication. I called and spoke with the receptionist. Still haven’t heard anything. I called my insurance and they have no records from her office submitting for approval. At this point, even if insurance approves I would not go with Dr. Lovelace."

You might wait awhile past your appointment time, but Dr. Lovelace really takes the time with her patients and that is immensely more important. Im only a couple days post op but i feel very comfortable and am extremely happy with how my results are looking. ( I had a breast reduction) The staff is fantastic especially Maria! Everyone made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and I’m very happy with my experience."
