"Emancipet is amazing. They offer affordable pet care for reasonable prices. They operate on a first come first serve basis. Depending on what services your pet requires will determine the wait time. My experience has been you wait outside to get registered, then if there's a long wait time they'll text you when it's your turn. Sometimes it can be a 2 hour wait. Staff is extremely friendly and trust worthy. They are mask required and observe social distancing. The location was clean and they offer water for pets waiting."
