"We were Pet Suites at the San Antonio Airport clients, until I scheduled a stay and was informed that they were too busy. I had been eyeing new Camp Bow Wow facility that is no more than 2-3 miles from my home. So, I called to schedule a stay. I was informed that our fur baby must be interviewed before a stay in order to be accepted. I was not offended because it let me know not every animal is a candidate which is less risks for my fur baby. He attended his interview and follow-up half day stay, and he passed with flying colors. He stayed 4 nights without issue. The staff seemed to be very caring, diligent, and seem to be true animal lovers. The pricing includes 6 hours of play that is not divided into play time pricing and overnight pricing which was much less than Pet Suites without a loss of quality. Needless to say, this will be our go-to instead of Pet Suites. Our first overall experience was a win-win for our fur baby, family and me. :-)"

"Honestly, I should have my dog leave this review because he loves it here. He's been going since he was 9 months old. With places like this you've got to let your pup get used to it and the staff. We've had challenges but this is the place I'm comfortable sending my dog. The price is fair and there are add-ons (bath, de-shed, individual play time, etc.). Great place for your canine friend!"

"The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The facility is so clean. We switched our Loki to Camp Bow Wow from another daycare and he has adjusted well! I love how I can check in on him with the live camper cams! He is always so excited to go every morning. We couldn't have picked a better place for our Loki!"
