"We had to suddenly say good by to a dear friend, and the staff’s compassion helped ease our hearts and minds. Our pet was greeted by name by the receptionist when we walked in. The assistant walked us through each step. The veterinarian made sure we were prepared for the process. While this was our first visit, I plan to make Shady Brook our go to vet."

"Nothing but great things to say about this Vet clinic. Our dog was having digestive issues for several days. On Thursday after no relief, we called our normal vet to see if we could get a Friday appointment (since they’re closed weekends and we didn’t want to go into the weekend with a diarrhea dog). They said they were full Friday and referred us to an animal hospital in the woodlands. We decided to play it by ear and see how our dog did another day. I researched other vets in the area and found Shady Brook which advertises that they’re open Saturdays. I called Saturday morning, told them our situation, and they said come on in we will work you in between appointments. Granted we have never been there (new patient), it’s a Saturday, not truly an emergency. They would work us in same day, when our regular vet wouldn’t even offer that on a prior day notice! Needless to say, their prices were extremely fair, our dog is healed, and we have a new forever vet now. Thanks for taking great care of Winston!"

"Mary Ann was a great vet tech! She was extremely knowledgable and explained all of the annual visit components. They rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. This is the only office our 2 pups (dachshund and chi-weenie) have ever been and we have always been extremely pleased."
