We then requested a new check be sent to correct address and it took almost 3 weeks to send the new check. Customer service was horrible. This is our third home purchase and we've never been treated this way or had to fight to get our home insured. I was instructed contact VA and complain about said issue. Poor way to treat a Texas war veteran. Well be taking our business elsewhere and recommend our friends and family do the same."
