"I've been w this company going on 4yrs..I have tried plenty of times to reach out to my "agent".. have not had a call back or anything, my policy has been renewed without being informed..my beginning quote is not what I was charged n has gone up every yr..funny how when they're trying to get you as a client they call n message ALL the time, but after they reel you in..it's "hasta la vista"...smdh"
