"After they harass me with calls four times a day, text, messages and voicemails, they agreed to help help help me with a deferment on my payment. I got tied up because my basement flooded and didn’t respond, when I tried to respond to them the next day, they completely stopped responding and just ignore my messages. Pueblo location, with Pueblo people, and Pueblo attitudes, and attributes. Wouldn’t expect anything more from a Pueblo business location. Unprofessional and lacks assistance. This is after they gave me that direction on a previous deferred payment, telling me once I made the payment I just had to make my future payments, then contacting me a week later, telling me that I’m still behind 30 days.. it’s been a nightmare. After I called out the person for telling me, false information, stormy was only worried about me, calling her, a liar, instead of actually helping the customer, I only call it as I see it. She continued to argue with me after I provided proof of what she told me, and proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t lying to me."

Much like pawn shops preying on people in desperate need. If the loan is small less than a grand you might get out easy enough. Anything more than that good luck my friends. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I’m very fortunate to have paid my very sizable loan off earlier than anticipated and they are not nice about it. It cost more than what was listed in the amount owed in order to get out of their clutches. Do yourselves a favor, FIND ANOTHER WAY PEOPLE. To those who have no other choice, good luck to you."

"After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to get a loan with this company but they called me and the person helping me was very courteous, was not asking any questions that wasn’t needed it and she was honest about my situation and clearly told Me what i needed to do to get approved for the loan without wasting my time. I did not get a loan but I know what I need to do or get to get one. 10 min was all it took."
