"I recently had the opportunity to bring my puppy, Weasel, to here for a visit, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received. While I cannot recall the name of the technician, she was truly outstanding throughout the entire visit. She not only took the time to walk me and my dog outside, but she also provided us with a blanket during a very difficult time. Her kindness and compassion made a significant difference in our experience, and I am truly grateful for her efforts. Furthermore, I would like to commend the entire staff for creating a welcoming and supportive environment. From the moment we entered the facility, we felt valued and cared for. The friendly and professional approach of your team made a challenging situation much more manageable. I believe it is important to recognize outstanding service when it is provided, and I sincerely hope that this feedback reaches the technician and the rest of the staff. They deserve to know that their efforts are appreciated and that they make a positive impact on the lives of both pets and their owners. "These people saved my dogs life. We were sent over from Penny Paws, another amazing vet, to VEG. My dog was on deaths, having been mauled by 3 large dogs. We had $350 for a $3,500 procedure, but they were kind enough to work with what we had and go above and beyond, providing us with donations and more than we could ask for. Still, she was not expected to survive the night. Miraculously, she did, and it was solely due to these people. They are ANGELS and I could never repay what they did for my dog and our family. ❤️❤️❤️ here are some pictures of her before and after the incident"

"What an amazing group of people! My dog can be aggressive especially when she's in pain, they did an incredible job keeping her as calm as possible and doing as little sedation as necessary to get an ultrasound. Extremely caring and compassionate about your animal, they kept me with her the entire time reducing stress of her leaving into another room with strangers. Highly recommend this emergency room if needed!"
