"The bank only had 1 teller during my visit at 3 PM on a Monday. I waited over half an hour just to make a withdrawal that I could not do at the ATM. The reason I gave this review a 1 star is because my last visit was the same a year ago. The service was great but being consistently understaffed does not make for a great experience."

"I had to drive to Kyle from San Marcos because our San Marcos branch is closed. I came to get some change and the tellers were rude. They act like they are doing me a favor but it's my money they are using to male money. Let's go back to Customer Service, when it was nice to interact with a Customer. I was polite, no need to be upset."

"Definitely would never bank with BOA. 49 minutes to cash a $1400 check like if I had brought a million dollar one. After the first line to the teller who doesn't even ask to see my id but has me sit to wait for a manager to verify the extremely high and unusual amount the check was written for, I guess. Then after being fingerprinted by the manager I was put back in line to go back to the same lone teller to finally get my cash.(minus an $8 fee of course) Save yourself the hassle and other people's time if you write checks and go with some other bank . Worst bank ever"
