This is my neighborhood bank and I’m a loyal customers of this location for 20 years but today I need to write the comment: Came to withdraw some cash from my account but I can't ? I had bad experience with Marget chunky lady ( cashier) and new manager Kristina ( white, long hair) They both said I can’t withdraw my money because it in processes ( it’s not a check) . I left there, then I go to another bank on FM 1960 but they’re closed, then I go to another at Green Rd and I finally withdraw successful . It’s took me more than 1 hours and more gas money to withdraw some cash even the bank location just 1 minutes from my house. I would says , please respect customer, please do the right to customers. We’re not your kids, please respect us !"
