"I was a Bank of America child born and raised. As I got older, I had the occasional slump... Missed a payment. .over draft. I could count all those times with one hand over my 10+ years with BoA. Each time, I had to BEG BoA to have them waive a fee. The amount of work I had to go through was ludicrous Yajahira here single handily reminded me that dealing with a bank doesn't have to feel like pulling teeth out. She single handily will keep me with TDECU. I can not stress how helpful and wonderful she's been with all my questions and queries .10/10 employee"

"I have always had great service from everyone at this branch. It is a smaller location so the in-person wait may be not up to others standards but that is with any FI. Always clean inside, they have treats for the kids (or adult kids like me), and an area for members to advertise their business cards. Plus, the music is nice so at least you can "jam while you stand"."
