CVS

"Stopped in to load a prepaid Mastercard. Stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before Mistelle came over with the sense if urgency that can only be described as non-existant. I received no greeting, no hello, no how are you. Just a deer in the headlights look waiting for me to talk. I found this odd due to the fact she is actually a manager there. After the reload process didn't work, I asked her to try it again. That seemed to be a HUGE inconvenience for her. Enough to say "I'm not going to try it again if if it doesn't work this time." Another error happened and I left. I checked my account however and my account showed the money had indeed been loaded. I wanted to make sure Mistelle wasn't on the hook for $500 that showed loaded on my card so I went back into the store. When she saw me, she immediately said "I told you I'm nogoing to try this again." I stated #1 youre being rude and secondly, Im coming in to show you what my account says. After refreshing my account, everything was back to normal. I guess my biggest complaint is...you have someone in a supervisory position who is rude and was going out of their way to be an a**hole. That's a person you trust to be an example to other employees. Not only do I typically reload a card there, I shop there regularly. Not anymore."

"The poor pharmacy staff, they all looked so stressed out. Super busy location, seemed like the phone rang with a new call every couple of minutes. I'd say another cvs/walgreens is needed around here to help with demand"

"I had the absolute horrible experience at this cvs yesterday! I asked the cashier to check me out because I have more than one account under my CVS Rewards card.. Shannan asked if that's a gift card..??! What?!?!? Any employee at CVS knows what a CVS Rewards card is. I had to say no when you put your number in the system its a customers account for their coupons and carepass. Anyway since i have multiple they don't always pop up on self check out... She said they will pop up on the self check out News Flash they will not it'll pop up with only one account not all the accounts. Ive tried many times before! That's why I prefer register, with attitude she said Nevermind I'll just ring you up over here. Shannan gave me dirty looks and attitude the entire time and treated me like I'm an idiot like I never knew the system. She acted like she didn't want to do her job! You SHOULDNT treat CUSTOMERS that way!!! I worked at CVS for 4 years in Philadelphia and never have been treated badly or gave a customer that kind of arrogant service!"

"This pharmacy has gone down hill, I was just there and waited in the drive through lane for service. They must have just changed their outside land to drop off only. The sign above the lane is still marked as full service, and they would not send my prescription out. They said to drive around and get back in line for the inside lane. What great service, if you're going to make changes you need to plan ahead and charge your signage first!!! The pharmacy staff have bad attitudes!!!!"
