"I have never met a helpful and good banker like Fahad Hussain. He was extremely patient and thorough. Managed to help me when many other banks didn’t. His manager was really nice as well and I really liked the branch. I do not understand the low ratings- it seems people just want to find any excuse to give 1 stars. It’s really a good branch and bank overall. Highly recommend!"

"It is really disappointing that now most BOA locations have only 1 or 2 tellers when they see a line of people all the way to the entrance door, the guy in the business department is very polite and helpful but when it comes to the tellers is very disappointing, here’s a pic of today 4-19-2021 and more than 30 minutes to get to that one and only teller available."
