"Really nice staff. I’ve always done drop off appointments and have never met the vets but the supporting staff is great. They even called me the day after my cat’s appointment to check up on her."
"One dog does great the other not so much. She has to take anxiety pill prior to going in. Either way they were great with both of my babies. Very patient and informative. They answer all of my concerns and I love that they allow us back inbthe rooms with our babies. Doing drop offs were not ok with me."
"The staff on W 7th are always so kind. I appreciate the opinions of the vet techs and vets, they put me at ease when we ran into some complications with my dogs neuter. Everything is good and again, happy to have had multiple opinions and factual evidence."
"My wife and I brought our cats here for 3 years. We have had a few problems with miscommunications and I won’t get into that. But this week we had a dental deep cleaning appointment for one of our cats at 730am and then come back at 1pm. He couldn’t eat the night before and we made sure to comply and be on time. This cat is easily frightened and super shy so this was a big deal for us. It’s a $450 procedure in which your cat is sedated and unconscious. So we were nervous for our scared kitty. We called when it was time for 1pm pickup. They left him sitting there all day in his carrier! No dental cleaning was done. My wife was so upset she went down there and got him out of that office. She still had to pay for an “office visit” and a blood test. $275 for something that is now worthless to us. That’s the final straw for us on what was never all that great anyways. We have now found another vet and will just start over."
"Absolutely love all the Vets and Techs. They have been so kind to our boys and their puppy Rex. We will forever come here for any and all pet needs."
