"Texas A&M University: A Campus Divided by Transit While Texas A&M University boasts a beautiful campus with a vibrant student life, its transportation infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The lack of dedicated parking spaces for both personal vehicles and delivery services creates congestion and frustration. Additionally, the excessive security measures surrounding student residences, reminiscent of a police academy, feel isolating and hinder accessibility. While the university's commitment to student safety is commendable, the current implementation creates a sense of division rather than fostering a welcoming environment. A more balanced approach that prioritizes both security and accessibility is crucial for the well-being of all campus residents and visitors."
"What kind of school threatens arrest for a former student (who paid for the daily parking) that is fishing?? I was always told I was welcome back on campus to fish anytime I wanted after graduation. But turns out, once they get your money, they'll threaten you with arrest if you come back to try to fish. I even presented my old student badge and aggie ring. They didn't care. Took my ring off that day and have yet to put it back on. Anyone want a class ring?"
