Rickords Animal Hospital

"This place is ridiculous. They claim to be a HOSPITAL, but never have openings. Their system apparently is not easy for the staff to operate as they constantly forget to collect the entire balance and then somehow blame the patience for their mistake. Sending me to collections over their issue and mistake, even though I asked 3 times the total and confirmed 3 times. You wait entirely too long in the waiting room and then again in the exam room. When taking my dogs to boarding here, they lie to you about what vaccines are required, so when you get there.. They hit you with "we require an exam and this type of vaccine that wasn't on our list of requirements." The grooming is mediocre at best, every time I have groomed my golden there, she comes home still wet. The Doctor seems to care more about quantity of patients over the quality. 0/5 stars recommended."

"This is the best vet I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, and the vets are top notch. They have cared for many of my dogs and cats over the years and I can't say enough good things. I don't feel like they are all about the money. Well that's my experience. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet. My dog Bandit will be doing much better in 2wks thanks to them."
