"Stopped in for brunch on a gorgeous Sunday! The restaurant was buzzing, many people looking to take advantage of this amazing day! We called ahead for our party of 5 and were seated pretty quickly upon our arrival. The service was a bit slow, and the kitchen mistook our order. Once it was worked out, the food was delicious! It is pricey-$34.00 for a mimosas and a Benny. I had the delta with fruit and a frisky whiskey. The egg was cooked to perfection! And the drink was perfectly boozy. Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite, and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!"
"While looking for a good brunch spot to bring our dog, my husband came upon this gem. My husband is a chef and we own a food truck, so we are always super particular about food destinations. The Barn was exceptional from start to finish! The hostess, Josh, was so kind to immediately seat us (since we brought our golden retriever ) and got water for the dog. There seemed to be a wait for seating, but Josh was eager to help us get a spot so that we could bring our dog inside from the car. We had a beautiful spot outside in the sun with a great view, and immediately our server, Alainna came out to greet us. We then had a very nice gentleman named, Alex come out to ask us if we needed anything. We were constantly getting checked on with our coffees being refilled and seeing if we had any questions. Service was STELLAR! Then came the food…. Literally SO DELICIOUS!!!!!! I had The Strata (thanks to Alex’s recommendation) with the blueberry French toast and my husband had The Wyoming with regular French toast. I died and went into heaven with that blueberry French toast! The almonds on top of the FRESH blueberries with a cream cheese drizzle made my heart ridiculously happy. We kept saying, “wow” after every bite of everything! We had 4 people check on us throughout our time, including the hostess, waitress, Alex and another bus girl I believe. Some of the waitresses came out and gave our dog a ton of love too and he was in HEAVEN. Alex and Alainna also brought us sausage to give our dog..so sweet. I really just can’t stop raving about this place and every aspect possible. The location, atmosphere, staff, pricing and food are top notch! You will not be disappointed if you go here. We have decided we need to come back to try everything on the menu and become regulars! Props to the entire team at The Barn!"
"First time for breakfast. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who took my name. I had to wait 20 minutes. I chose to sit inside. They also have a heated patio but some people looked cold. I was only at my table for 30 seconds when my smiling waitress arrived. Her smile made me smile so thank you! I chose the half order of the biscuits and gravy and a half order of the French toast and a small orange juice. My order arrived very quickly which was nice. My biscuits and gravy were hot but the French toast was luke warm which was disappointing. The sausage gravy was seasoned nicely and it wasn’t salty which was great. The biscuit was warm and flaky. Excellent biscuits and gravy. The French toast was good but not excellent. The syrup was served warm which was nice. Excellent service by my waitress! Very cozy restaurant. I’ll definitely come back and try the quiche. Shout out to the restaurant for supplying their waiters and waitresses with mobile devices to place orders and accept payment table side. I notice the efficiency these provide."
"Today was our first visit and we will definitely return. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. I had 1/2 egg salad BLT sandwich and 1/2 salad. My husband had the French Toast with bacon. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients. It was a nice day so we ate on the back porch."
"Next to the bike trails and Sappington house. Large parking but place is popular, so parking might get busy. Great service. Our party of 5 was accommodated inside within few minutes, while it was very busy. I need to come back for lunch menu…but breakfast/brunch items were prepared with love and were delicious. Highly recommend East shore Benedict, Quiche and Burger. Didn’t get to try mimosas which they gave variety. Next time…"
