"VA Claims Insider is exactly as I have read about...sharks after Veterans money. The information they provide and charge thousands of dollars (apparently 6 times the amount rewarded for disability rating) for is found on the Internet, especially YouTube, for free. VA Claims Insider use "coaching" as the premise for providing this information. I was actually "coached" by the videos I watched on YouTube to win my claim. I will no longer utilize VA Claims Insider and do not recommend VA Claims Insider nor similar companies claiming to help veterans through the disability claims process and charging Veterans thousands of dollars for information found on the internet."

"A great experience. I got ot 80% on my own. I don't believe I would have ever made the last 20% without the expert help from Insider. Yes! You still do the work yourself. However, unless you know what work you MUST do and HOW to do it to get the results your looking for, your just spinning you wheel and burning rubber. Get the help you need and the results you want by working with VA Claims Insider. I'm now 100% T&P."

"One of the worse experiences I have ever been through. My coach had little to no input. Before you can consult with your coach there's a series of videos they tell you to access on their site only to count those video they told you to watch as a used service when you dispute their ridiculous charge. They will send you a multitude of frivolous emails just to say there were 34 emails sent, problem is they are saying anything. Example... My coaches assist sent me an email asking if I watched the videos yet. If you just need a Lexus Nexus letter you can purchase that without using this company. They share that with you afterwards. They seem to target disenfranchised Veterans who are either economically challenged, or mentally incapacitated. Also I asked for a detailed audit of the services they provided because I felt the coach didn't provide anything. The plan I provided and the claim I submitted weeks before he even reached out to me to do so. The coaches supervisor did my appeal and said charges met the service and was valid. I asked if there was another appeal person? They gave me someone else. I asked her for the detailed evidence when she gave the same decision. She just told me how many emails there were and said an independent person looked. I asked for the name of the independent company and the evidence and nothing was provided. Literally all I used from this company was the Nexus letter that I paid for upfront. And they charged me 7k - 15% after I complained. I've never heard of an independent source a company uses for appeals but won't tell you who or show you the details of your appeal. There are numerous free agencies and organizations that will assist you in getting your rating. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!"
