"Called and got car insurance. Paid a few hundred dollars in deposit and fees to start a car insurance policy. They emailed me my new insurance info and told me my next payment would be due on the 15th. When I tried to pay today their website said I don't have a current policy with them. So I called for assistance with making my payment and they said they canceled my policy on the 10th but said they couldn't give me a reason why. They also said they couldn't give me my money back, but that they could have me apply and pay for more car insurance with them all over again. So they basically robbed me."

"Very poor customer service. The ladie at the desk has no grace at all, she never smiles or greets you at any time. Very slow in responding any question and doesn’t inform you enough of options. The company has to train their employees about good customer service."
