"Hope your not in a hurry or expect attention to detail. We have worked with several Law Firms over the last 20 years in construction, real estate, and acquisitions. This is not one that I would recommend for small business acquisitions. Considering their rates and fees I would expect first class service which may be the case if your not a small business. Lack luster and see you next week approach took a two week project out to six weeks and as a result created twice the amount of work on my end as well as my attorneys. Went as far as sending filings out prior to the closing. They may be great at other legal matters just not the one I was involved in."
