"Worst representation in all of Houston. Charged me $5k and did absolutely nothing didn’t ask for evidence, didn’t call and communicate. I live out of state and they said they would go to court for me until trial but the court date before trial they didn’t call me and tell me I had to be there so next thing I know I had a warrant for my arrest and they acted like it was my fault even though they never made me aware keep in mind I live 10 hours from Houston you think $5k would of got you a phone call. Anyway then they said they need a deposit for trial date right after they told me I had a warrant so even though the 5k was paid off I had to pay them $250 just from them to talk to judge to get the warrant revoked since it wasn’t my fault so I did that they proceeded to attempt a withdrawal from my case I was force to turn myself in on there mistake so now I’m out another $250 and still face trial with no representation. Stop giving these people money because like me they’re probably the first ones to contact you if they hear you have a warrant. So be careful"

It’s a horrible experience the office staff are rude and all they care about is money they don’t care about you. It’s no communication about my case they are not interested in what you have to say nor do they care about your voice being heard. The worst experience"

"El Garza & Associates has got to be one of my worst experiences with legal representation I’ve ever encountered. They give zero updates. Their representatives are unprofessional, not to to mention their phone lines are cheap and misunderstanding while speaking with them. My case was one of the easiest case I could have encountered (Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief-Not guilty) and money was tight which is why I thought it was a good idea to hire their service. Do yourself a favor and save your money for representation. They gave me an ultimatum of probation or trial and if I was to take it to trial an additional $1500 would be charged. As a cancer patient, I couldn’t do it and was under a lot of distress. They didn’t ease any of my stress, on the contrairee, they contributed more to it. Like I said, save your time and money before being represented by such an unprofessional, cheap and unethical law firm. You will truly be spending a lot more to get favorable results. They truly don’t care about you. They only care to get paid not caring of a reasonable outcome for their patience. Also, did I forget to mention that they tried to withdraw from my case for being two days late of my payment. Unprofessional. Will never hire again. If I could give zero starts, I would."
