"I'm only giving 2 * because after a month, this law firm DID manage to get their 3rd party adjuster out to my house after the Texas power grid failure of 2021, but she never mailed the adjustment to the law firm, nor me, and after 4 more months went by with no communication from the firm I realized this had all been one huge waste of time at my expense. The firm will hound you via email to get a consent form signed, and then an agent may follow up, but after that zilch... nada... cannot get a human to answer their extension and you certainly will not get a call back. You will get an email here and there asking you to sign the consent, and maybe an empty promise that they are looking into it, but nothing materialized for me. I was very cordial for a long time until I finally alerted the only paralegal who responded to me that I was planning on leaving a bad review of my experiences, but ultimately even that warning didn't merit any real client service. Maybe 25k in damages wasn't worth their 40% contingency fee, who knows.. even if they are inundated with claims, this was so unprofessional and such a waste of my time, I feel compelled to let others know what they may be in store for. Extremely disappointed, and I also feel I probably dodged a bullet by not receiving their mismanaged, sloppy representation."
