"I’m so confused reading these reviews and comparing it to my experience. I would love to know why the level of service is no where compared to what I’ve read. After a year of deciding to maintain professionalism, my experience hasn’t changed. Lack of communication is my #1 issue. We’re all busy working but 48-72hrs is reasonable, considerate, and accommodating after respecting their request to contact the office. In 1 year, I received the initial call to become a client, and return calls only after calling 3-4 months for updates. I respect a process if I’m made aware of it. Lesson learned if I should ever need a personal injury attorney again. First thing, I want to speak with the attorney at least once to detail the process and introduce me to the case manager that I’ll be working with. Follow up calls/texts would be nice quarterly to reduce the number of calls from Clients. Overall, this has been an exhausting process for me and my family."
