"I wish there was a 0 star option! The lawyer needs to learn people’s skills. She was rude and intimidating, forcing clients to chose a class or a ticket. So many clients from the other companies had their case dismissed and citizens law firm lawyer got only a couple who refused to take the 2 options she gave. What a nightmare! Do your due diligence and DO NOT HIRE CITIZENS LAW! My family and friends will for sure not."

"To be fair I have not used this firm before. But after reading all of the reviews I will not be using them. I felt it was needed that I leave a review/comment in regards to how at first appearance on Google reviews they don't appear to have a good reputation. So hopefully this will cause them to turn things around with their clients in the future. Google reviews informing enough for me to stay away from them at this point in time."

"I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Citizen Law Firm, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others make informed decisions when seeking legal representation. I hired Citizen for a crucial legal matter, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the day of our court appearance, I made a significant effort to be punctual, traveling all the way from Austin and arriving at 8 am, as per the scheduled time. To my dismay, Citizen did not show up until 11 am, making them the last to arrive at the courtroom. This delay not only inconvenienced me but also resulted in me being the last person to leave the courtroom. It was disheartening to witness other law firms efficiently managing their clients' cases while Citizen seemed to be operating on their own schedule without regard for their clients' time and commitments. To compound matters, the attorney assigned to my case displayed a rude attitude throughout the proceedings. This unprofessional behavior only added to the frustration of the situation. I believe that hiring a law firm should come with a reasonable expectation of punctuality and respectful conduct, qualities that were sorely lacking in my experience with Citizen. I want to caution anyone considering Citizen for their legal needs to think twice. My experience was not only inconvenient but also left me questioning the professionalism and commitment of the firm. I sincerely hope that others can learn from my unfortunate encounter and choose a legal representation that values their clients' time and treats them with the respect they deserve. In conclusion, I do not recommend hiring Citizen based on my personal experience."
